ATTENTION PLEASE READ
As many know, we were severely impacted by a microburst back in mid Oct'25 that reduced our order fulfillment and R&D capacity. Since then, we've been working 7 days a week to meet customer demand while searching for a new facility. I'm pleased to announce that we're starting the company move this week, which is scheduled for completion the end of Jan'26. This move will triple of manufacturing and order fulfillment capacity and allow us to restart R&D capabilities for new products. Our current order fulfillment lead times have been extended to 7 business days (subject to change) as 1) we're experience extremely high demand for our products and 2) we begin strategically moving pieces of the business to the new location to minimize disruptions.
As I've mentioned previously, we're extremely grateful for your patience, and please know that we're working tirelessly to get all orders out the door as quickly as possible.
Please reach out if you have any questions and thank you for your business.
