Refund policy

Ark Splash Guards

Ordering, Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy 

Customer Agreement, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the following policies. 

1. ORDERING ACCURACY 

  • I have reviewed all items in my cart, including product details, vehicle fitment, logo color selections, and variant choices. 

  • Once an order is marked as shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or changed for any reason. 

  • Orders are shipped exactly to the address entered at checkout. Ark Splash Guards does not edit, correct, or reroute addresses after an order is placed. 

Definition of “Marked as Shipped”: An order is considered shipped when the shipping label is created in Ark’s system. 

2. BODY LIFT VARIANTS 

  • By selecting a Body Lift variant, I confirm that my vehicle does have a body lift installed. 

  • Body Lift variants are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund if ordered incorrectly. 

  • Customers with any uncertainty must email Ark before ordering. 

3. COLOR LOGO SELECTIONS 

  • By selecting a color logo, I confirm that the color chosen is accurate. 

  • Once an order is marked as shipped, logo colors cannot be changed. 

  • If I wish to exchange for a different color after receiving my order, I am responsible for: 

    • Return shipping to Ark 

    • Shipping cost for the replacement set 

4. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING 

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. 

  • Carrier delivery times begin after processing and are not guaranteed. 

  • Ark Splash Guards is not responsible for carrier delays and does not reimburse shipping costs for delays outside of our control. 

  • Customers must provide a secure delivery location. 

  • Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Ark Splash Guards is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery. 

5. PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING RULES 

  • During promotions, sales, or freeshipping events, Ark will ship using the most economical method, typically ground. 

  • If a customer selects expedited shipping during a promotion, the order will default to ground unless the customer emails Ark before ordering and pays the full expedited rate. 

  • Expedited shipping selections made during promotions will not be honored without prior written approval. 

6. RETURNEDTOSENDER PACKAGES 

  • Packages returned to Ark due to undeliverable addresses, refusal, or carrier inability to complete delivery will be refunded minus shipping costs once received back at our facility. 

  • Returnedtosender packages cannot be reshipped under any circumstances. 

7. FREIGHT FORWARDERS 

  • All orders shipped to freight forwarders are reviewed and may be canceled at Ark’s discretion. 

  • Once delivered to a freight forwarder, all risk transfers to the customer, including loss, damage, or nondelivery. 

  • Ark does not reimburse shipping costs or replace items lost or damaged after delivery to a freight forwarder. 

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and carrier advancement fees. 

  • If a customer refuses to pay required import fees, these costs will be deducted from the refund once the package is returned. 

  • Customs delays do not qualify for refunds or shipping reimbursement. 

  • For international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to the Ark Splash Guards

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY 

9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. 

  • Products that have been modified in any way are not eligible. 

    • Modifications include (but are not limited to): 

      • Trimming 

      • Drilling 

      • Painting 

      • Cutting 

      • Heatshaping 

      • Adding aftermarket hardware 

      • Applying coatings 

      • Any alteration that changes the product from its original condition 

  • Issues or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. 

  • Ark covers shipping for: 

    • Returns for refund 

    • Replacement of missing materials 

    • For exchanges (any reason), customers pay return shipping; Ark covers shipping for the replacement item.  

  • For qualified return for refund items. Upon receipt of the returned for refund product, Ark has 2-5 business days to verify and process the refund, .

10. WARRANTY COVERAGE 

  • Warranties apply only to the original purchaser of the product. 

  • Warranty claims require: 

    • The original order number 

    • Photos clearly showing the issue 

  • Ark covers shipping for all approved warranty replacements. 

  • Ark Rubber Products: 1year, noquestionsasked moneyback guarantee. 

  • Ark TriXPoly Products: Lifetime, noquestionsasked moneyback guarantee. 

  • Warranty replacements are issued only for the same item originally purchased. 

  • Warranty replacements do not reset or extend the original warranty period. 

  • Warranty coverage applies to Normal Use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or nonstandard use. 

11. REFUND METHOD 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
