As many of you know, we were severely impacted by a microburst back in mid‑October ’25 that reduced our order fulfillment and R&D capacity. Since then, we’ve been working seven days a week to meet customer demand while searching for a new facility.
I’m pleased to announce that we are beginning our company move this week, with completion scheduled for the end of January ’26. This move will triple our manufacturing and order‑fulfillment capacity and allow us to restart R&D efforts for new products.
Our current order‑fulfillment lead times have been extended to 7 business days (subject to change) due to: 1) extremely high demand for our products, and 2) the strategic relocation of parts of the business to the new facility to minimize disruptions.
As mentioned previously, we are extremely grateful for your patience. Please know that we are working tirelessly to get all orders out the door as quickly as possible.
