They are specifically tailored to withstand the continuous impacts and debris encountered, preserving the truck's legendary durability and robustness.

With Ark Splash Guards, Tacoma owners can confidently tackle any adventure, knowing their vehicle is equipped with the best in protection and style.

Difference between Body Lifts and Suspension Lifts

Body Lift – A body lift raises the truck’s body away from the frame using spacers or blocks, typically providing 1 to 5 inches of height without altering the factory suspension. This method enhances aesthetics and allows for larger tires, but does not increase ground clearance. Since a body lift changes the geometry between the body and the frame, you’ll need to select the appropriate body lift height when ordering your Ark Splash Guards from our website to ensure a perfect fit.

Suspension Lift – A suspension lift raises the entire suspension system, including the frame, increasing ground clearance and improving off-road performance. Ranging from 2 to 9 inches (or more), this lift allows for larger tires and better handling on rugged terrain. Because a suspension lift does not alter the body-to-frame geometry, the Stock or Suspension Lift variant of Ark Splash Guards will fit seamlessly, regardless of your suspension lift height.

Heavy-duty splash guards praised for exceptional durability and material quality. Customers said these "are the REAL DEAL" and "will last forever," far outlasting cheaper alternatives. However, installation challenges exist with hole alignment issues requiring drilling or adjustment in many cases. Included clips are weak; aftermarket replacements recommended. Overall fit excellent when properly installed.

  • These fit better than any other splash guards. Built proof compared to others on the net.
  • These fit like a glove and they are way thicker than OEM. Love it and worth it.
  • Simply not falling apart after 10 months is a huge upgrade over the competition.

2004 Tacoma

I wanna say that these fit better than any other splash guards. There also built proof compared to others on the net. Im hard on my taco, and it's in the mountains and desert hunting year round in Idaho. I've bought multiple sets of 100$ plus splash guards that don't make it a year. These will last. Fit up is almost perfect, every truck is slightly different from factory in my experience. Some dudes are whinning about holes not lining up. I had only two slightly off, grab a leather punch and a marker. If your mechanically inclined at all its a breeze. Don't question it buy now, no reason to look further.

Almost fit

The drivers side fit well. I heated both before installation which helped a lot. The passenger side fit well with the exception of the one hole which attaches to the strut structure. The guard was at least an inch short of reaching the attachment hole. Quite a bit of material missing there

Ark splash guards my 2000 taco

These splash guards are awesome a few of the holes weren't drilled through and i found that the supplied mounting clips really aren't the greatest choice a quick trip to Harbor freight and purchased a multiple style black clip kit for 12 bucks solved that problem fast . Overall im very happy with them . Definitely an improvement over stock .

1st gen Tacoma prerunner

After trying out the other brand made in USA which didn't even last 300 miles I purchased these ARK splash guards. These are very heavy duty and installation is a workout. The majority of the holes align like they should. A couple holes were an entire hole off and several on both sides needed to be walked over with a burr grinder. All in all, the ARK guards material wise, are the better choice and I wish I had bought them first. Will know more in several hundred miles.

Good, but not perfect.

The guards are clearly a high quality material. But due to either tolerance stack or lack of good measurements by the company, many holes don't line up. I know they address this in their install instructions by simply asking you to make your own holes, but then I have left over holes which does not look great. My suggestion would be to cut these to shape, maybe punch one or two positioning holes and then just include a punch with the kit to make our own holes. The material is very thick which is good but that means its not forgiving at all for holes that are even 1/4" off, and i have some off by ~1". As well the hardware included isn't the best but I know that is even what OEMs use so can forgive them for that.

Hi BM - Thanks for taking the time for the review. Some slight variations are common, especially on older vehicles, but 1' is way off. Can you send me some pictures of the issue and I'll gladly take a look and see if this was a mfg issue on our end. Happy to make this right for you. Thanks - Jason

Looks great

Everything worked as you would think. The clips aren’t the best but it didn’t line up correctly. I’m not sure why but had to poke new holes in it

9.5 out of 10!

I bought the arc splashguard for my 2003 Toyota Tacoma 2.7L pre-runner and I’ve gotta say, the splash guards are top-notch! Be warned though, they are super tough and will require you to use quite a bit of strength to press them in to fit. In fact, I had such a tough time that I thought they were the wrong splash guards! Turns out that wasn’t the case. The only reason the review didn’t get a 10 out of 10 is because the push pins they give you are generally pretty weak. So it is advised to get a pin set from Amazon, so you can press fit these a little easier other than that they will last forever!

Look great fit is poor

I started on my left side of my 2002 Tacoma. It went on with some pulling and had to drill a hole bigger on one of the holes. Turned out really nice. The right side was way off. One of the holes were partial drilled and off centered and I could not capture the holes on the frame. It was like the holes were drilled to high. I would have sent it back but I was working on finishing the project and this was the last part. I tried to make adjustments to the holes to make it work and I feel like that probably would void its return. The right side looks great but the left is not correct. To bad, as these are so much better than stock.

Hi Lucas - Thanks for taking the time to write the review. The splash guards should line up perfectly and I'm sorry to hear there was a fitment issue. Can you send me more detail (images always help) to sales@arksplashguards.com and I'd be happy to find a solution for you. Thanks - Jason

These have exceeded the competition.

Simply not falling apart after 10 months is a huge upgrade over the competition. I had a competitor tell me I was abusive to my truck, and that I should've been spraying UV protectant on their liners every month.

I haven't sprayed anything but soapy water on these when washing the truck, and they're holding up just fine.

Seems to be an excellent product

The quality of the product seems excellent and the product is relatively easy to install. The clips seemed a bit flimsy but worked well enough for the install. We’ll see what the test of time holds, but so far they look they will hold up well

Customer Service made it FIVE STARS !

This is an update on my review submitted on 12/01/2024.

On 12-6-2024, I sent an email to ARK explaining the situation with the broken retaining clips. They replied back in a few hours and will ship out a new hardware kit at no cost. Awesome service!!!

So, when you install these splash guards. Follow the instructions. When you get to the bottom holes, they may not match and you will have to drill a matching hole in the splash guard. The holes must line up. These splash guards are much thicker and tougher than anything out there. They cannot be stretched and the holes must be aligned. Drilling a couple extra holes, if needed, will not hurt these guards. They are the REAL DEAL!

True Quality

These splash guards are made of super stout materials and fit my ‘99 Tacoma 4WD perfectly. Wish I would have known about Ark’s product before I wasted money on some cheap flimsy ones from Amazon. 100% happy with my purchase. Thank you Ark!

Extremely Heavy Duty

Very impressed with the quality of the Splash Guards. Much better than the junk I bought off of eBay that only lasted a couple of months. I believe these are also better than OEM. Highly recommend these heavy-duty Splash Guards. Needed a little bit of field adjusting but still not too bad.
